Worst experience ever! They are happy to take your money but any issues after installation and they are very rude and unhelpful. We used their layer to install the floorboards throughout the house in Feburary this year. The boards have not been joined properly in quite a few spots leaving gaps everywhere. They almost immediately started chipping around the edges exposing the core and leaving little green spots everywhere. But worst of all with small children in the house occasionally a drink can be spilt and if a splash of liquid hits that gap the boards expand and bubble. We contacted them with our concerns and they requested photos promising to call us but never did. Each time i called a message was taken, but the manger never called back. I asked for them to come out and see it for themselves but they weren't interested. Unfortunately although they have good quality flooring- their tradesmen do not reflect the same level of service as the store.
We had the worst experience with their tradesman who installed the flooring- he had a very bad attitude and
disrespected my us in our very own home. if we hadn't paid in advance for the job- we would have asked him to leave our home and not complete the job. Use with caution and if possible have your own tradesman install the flooring.
Searching for Rubber Tiles online I found and visited this Store. They ticked all boxes. I got the right product at the very best price, quality and quantity, served by the most helpful staff who improved my cost due to return requests and helped me stack the car both times.
