Biggs Air Conditioning

We've used Biggsair a few times and have found them to be very responsive, especially when it seems we only have problems when I'm away! I like the personal touch and was kept upto date with what was going on and when the fault was fixed. We will continue to use them for our systems.

The worst experience ever! I was charged for a service call, which indicated that my a/c would require repair or replacing. (No-one else I dealt with charged for a call, but gave me detailed quotes.) It was over a month during a long hot summer before I even received a verbal quote from them. This was only forthcoming after many phone calls, messages and emails. The quote was not very detailed as other quotes, though the price was extremely good. I then attempted to verify what was included/not included in the quote to ensure it really was the best quote. Each time I called them was extremely charming, which was why I wanted to do business with this company, but as the business was worth around $10,000 I needed to verify exactly what I was getting.
