Thank you heaps Simon. After fruitlessly spending over $600 with two other companies trying to fix my former pc, it was a relief to contact you through family/church word of mouth endorsement. Your frank advice, explanations, and initial recommendation that I purchase a specific new pc from Officeworks with no profit to you was refreshing. After further discussion of my needs (and much patient answering of my q), your fast delivery of a custom-made pc (with free extras) and two hours of set up in my home where you anticipated seemingly everything I didn’t know I didn’t know, was wonderful. I particularly appreciated your professionalism in the set up. You have put numerous apps, shortcuts, emails, security, etc. to work on the new PC and checked out the security and functioning of other IT in the house as well. My computing works seamlessly now. As most of us know it can be a bit on the awkward side to make unconditional reviews about the quality of services provided by business people however, in the case of Simon and his computer skills, I unconditionally recommend him without reservation. Rgds PC

I have been using Bigsi Computers for a while now and have never had such excellent customer service, the communication from Simon is first class and he is always on hand to help and give advise in anyway he can. We had a few problems with this last hiccup but he came through again and fixed everything saving all my data. Thank you again Simon

Simon Bigsi fixed my external hard drive. He managed to save all of my precious photos of my babies and my dad that has now passed. His customer service was 10/10. I was really stressed and he kept communicating with me. He has also taught me a lot about computers.
