Large, clean and open facility...with heaps of stuff for my kids to do within the time we were there. Even better is that they have a soccer court for anyone to use and this certainly adds appeal for my older children. Also, the staff were friendly, inviting and willing to strike a conversation when I was there. which you don't always get at other place centres...overall it was a pleasant experience and i will definitely be coming back again, if my kids have anything to say about it:)
i really dislike these sort of indoor play centres, so i am possibly not a good judge, but visited here for a child's birthday party. the adventure "maze" of slides, tunnels, jumping castle, rock climbs, look outs, flying foxes, obstacles, etc, etc is extensive, fun for kids and safely roped off for young children. no staff are there to supervise, so parents need to follow young children around maze for their safety (which many dont) and older children often using equipment inappropriatly, also unsupervised by moist parents! the birthday areas set up for eating food, etc reminded me of cattle runs (about 2 metres wide/ 3 metres long) with tables and chairs (about 6 of them alongside each other at back of place). food was atrocious - unhealthy chips, sausage rolls, frankfurts and cordial. definately not my cup of tea but my kids had fun (2,4,6 year old)
I somewhat agree with you on a few point there, but then again I don't know any other play centres that serve differently for children's parties....what type of food did you have in mind for a play centre kid's party where the cost wouldn't b more than $8-$10? It can be difficult trying to supervise the children at times, yes, but overall again it seems far fetched to ask for any play centre to hire supervisors to watch the children - adds an element of liability and no company could operate like this. Lastly, it is an overall funny review for me to read, as most of the time the reviewer is either reviewing something of their experiences, or on behalf of others - in this instance it was your children's experience, and even u said that they liked it so it seems that that is all that matters, right?
