Poor & weak customer service @ Bikebiz Parramatta

STAY AWAY from bikebiz Parramatta (Service department), unless you don't want to see your bike for 12 weeks. That's how long they had my bike when the manufacturer itself issued a recall notice. The workshop had my bike from 22/11/2014 til 24/2/2015. Not once did they contact me about any and all work done to the motorcycle, I had to call them no less than 4 times to ask what was up. They didn't even bother to contact me to tell me it was ready! Shocking customer service, I will not be going back. Sla***rses

I have been back 3 times with a bike they sold me that is not road worthy. They will/can not fix it. They have my bike and they have my money. Not even a phone call or apology. Disgusted at the way Bikebiz do business.

Have taken 2 of my bikes there for service and new tyres. Also bought some parts and a helmet there. Easy to deal with and do the job you ask them to. Will definitely be going back there.

Been here afew times for service and parts, they are pretty good, generally helpful. Most people are energetic and nice. Would definitely go back
