I bought a nice Trek hybrid bike from this store several years ago along with some accessories, which were fairly well priced, good quality and well built. Most of the staff here seem friendly, approachable and are often willing to offer advice. I don't think any of this has changed lately. However, on two recent occasions when I had wanted help with minor things after purchasing new parts from this store, such as fitting a new mudguard, a new chain, and a new inner-tube, each time I was refused and left to do it myself, despite on one occasion the staff hanging around chatting (probably about cycling!), and even asked for an installation fee ($80 for a new basic 8-speed chain is very steep!). Given such parts can quite often be purchased online at a much lower price, if I have to install things myself, I know where I'll be shopping from now on! If you're in the market for a newly built Trek bike, however, drop in and take a look, as they seem to have a nice range.
