Bike Force Joondalup

I've been converted from cellbikes to these guys, proper fitting of the bike, a run in time to see hoe the fit works and good service. If everybody ran their business like Dave and Candy, the world would be a much better place. Good, honest, down to earth service and a hand picked team that know how to look after their customers. If you had any gripes I can only imagine Dave would do everything within reason to help you out. Their riding groups just keep growing as well, well done guys!

I have been dealing with these guys for over 2 years now and cannot fault their product range or service - be it the owner Dave or any of the staff there. Thanks Chris for the time and effort you took last night to have a look at my set-up.

Very happy with the service & prices here, had a rear wheel respoke, had a $60 cheaper deal than a well known & respected local shop, the wheel was done in a day, friendly & efficient service, no problems whatsoever, thanks guys!

Bought a new carbon fibre bike from this store late 2010, >$2000. The store manager assisted me personally. I explained that I was new to cycling, wanted to ride in an upcoming charity ride and commute long distance to work. My measurements were not taken (no bike fit) and I was sold a bike that I have since learned is way too small. The bike only has one bottle cage holder and its not possible to add another to the carbon frame (not suitable for long distance rides) and the seat wasn't even fitted to my height - which I discovered the hard way, during the 50km charity ride.
