Bike Obsession

I can not speak highly enough about the crew at this shop. The passion and expertise they bring is second to none. There is nothing more confidence inspiring then riding a bike that is fully dialled in and this team know how to dial a bike in!!!

When you're time poor, you need someone to get the job done once correctly. The staffs at the store failed. Charged me double what I was quoted when I rocked up to pick the bike up. hint: measure the brake cables before you set them up - it looks pathetic when one cable is longer coming out from one aero bar compared to the other, and your knee hits the longer cable whenever you're in the aero position. After 2 rides, the plastic case where the cable goes into the body of the bike has flipped out, making it look like the steel cable is cutting into the carbon frame.

Overall bad service. Bought a bike from them, didn't offer to set the bike up properly nor offered any help on sizing in the first place (given that I'm a novice). Had some problems after purchase and took the bike back, they couldn't find the cause so it wasn't fixed. Bad after sales service and staff appear friendly on the surface but are in fact rude. Would never buy another bike from there again.
