Extremely poor service - both in their pre-sales support and post-sales communication. Not sure if anyone there actualy rides to be honest. Very slow shipping. Dissapointing.

With out a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner of the store was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. He was incredibly hostile, and left my mother in tears after our first experience picking up an order from their online store. Stay clear of this place! Their reputation is one of the worst amoungst the cycling community in Sydney and they have lived up to it once again! How do I give zero stars?!

Rude, dismissive, hostile staff who either ignore you or regard you unsmilingly. I actually felt as if I was an unwelcome trespasser in their shop.

I will never use their services again, worst bike shop I have ever used. I'm actually extremely angry about my experience there.

There are plenty of great, friendly, helpful bike shops in Sydney - use them instead.

If you are unlucky enough to get some faulty goods, which does happen, returning them will be a nightmare. I bought riding gloves that came unstitched after a week. I took them back for a refund or exchange, I was told that they don’t refund or exchange good, but will get it repaired. The guy told me that he would call me that afternoon with an update, he didn’t. When I called, he told me that he was too busy and would call me tomorrow, he didn’t. I waited a few days to see if he would call me, he didn’t. this company is the worst they will not honour warranty and give no reasen why avoid them at all cost unless you dont what your goods to have warrenty fair trading needs to look into them
