I won't be going anywhere else, their pickup drop off service and expertise was awesome! And the dude was hella friendly.

Had a broken thread on right wheel and had to have derailleur and pedals replaced.

Very happy with the service. Got bike back in two days and happy with service.

Very bad service. I came there to get the replacement for both tyres, and I thought the price they quoted was reasonable. Just when I came to pick it up, only the back tyre got replaced, and they said the price they quoted was only for one tyre and they said that's what I wanted at the first place. Really I stated clearly want I wanted both tyres to get replaced, and they didn't even apologize.

I have had a number of jobs done by these guys that I rate as top notch, including a couple of complex wheel builds. Good old fashioned shop with proper mechanical knowledge.

The service is terrible. No reply from the email. Head to the shop and was asked to left the bike there. No calling after the repair is done. Back to the shop after two days. I am asking to straighten the derailleur hanger but they replaced a new one and sawed my carbon rear stray without my permission. I would rather order online and replace myself if i know they just replace a new hanger.



Not recommend for this bike shop!!
