Bikrams Yoga College Of India

I was refereed by a friend, I never tired bikram yoga before this and thought it sounded interesting so I gave it a try. At first I was a little shy but the teachers and great, they are super friendly, if you struggle with a position they are there to help and they actually do help. The studio doesnt smell, the people who attend are super friendly as well, loved this place and will be back!

Great venue - two studios, one large and the other small. excellent trainers, clean patrons. The only gripe is the carpet smell - so musty. The teachers in particular remembered my name and coached me thru it all

for one the carpet doesn't smell . I guess the hygiene level here is good.
Pricing also is great and the vibe from guests and owners is great . Ive been to some places before and you feel like people are watching you or looking at what your wearing . Defiantly not the reason why i go to Bikram
This venue is calm chilled , teachers are great they push you to the right level

I have been to a number of yoga studios in Sydney and London, and I rate this one as the best for the great teachers. They take the time to walk round the class during the session and correct poses or encourage people to move in to advanced positions if they feel they are capable. You really feel your yoga practice is being extended here.

Oh! how at home do I feel at your studio Darren! Great work on the fabulous teachers & the inspiration they give us every day!! Good work team, you definitely keep us on own toes give us tough love that keeps me(us) coming back!
