The Bilby Cafe is a great spot for a casual night out with friends +/- the kids. The dinner menu is much better than you'd expect for a wildlife park!
Warrawong has good quality food and a varied menu that's augmented by nightly specials. The wine list is also quite decent and prices for both food and wine very reasonable. Service is generally good but the atmosphere is a little let down by the vast array of souvenirs for sale in the shop area. That said though, there's lots to keep the kids amused, with a good toy area for the littlies and, of course, the parade of native animals outside in the viewing area.
