These guys are a pain to deal with! They promised a refund on cheap nasty lights that they installed but refuse to return our calls therefore avoiding giving us what they promised. They left dirty marks on our ceilings and installed dimmer switches incorrectly. Very unprofessional!
Terrible, if you want to book a time.
Had to use them for a warranty on a fan otherwise I would have gone elsewhere.
Took them 2 promises and 3 weeks (with hassling from the manufacturers) before they actually fixed a time to come.
We are very sorry you feel this way and had this experience. We try and make everyone happy and work in with them but unfortunately things dont always work out.
Bill and Ben the electrical men... Father / son team - What a great combo. Very professional and happy guys. We weren't sure who to use in the Hills area and knowing you just have to take a risk we picked Bill and Ben simply by the catchy name. We weren't disappointed. Very reasonably priced, no fuss, they knew exactly what the problems were and got straight to it. We are very happy and will continue to use them. Thanks guys.
