Bill Peach Journeys

Just did the 2016 Isles of Tasmania trip and it did not live up to expectations. Previously did the around Australia trip and unfortunately this latest journey demonstrated how the company has lowered its standards re the quality of customer service, the aircraft used and the general so called 'all inclusive ' claim. Of particular note was the most frightening experience during the flight between Hobart and Strahan. A number of the group were injured during turbulent conditions on this trip and this did not seem to pose a concern to the organisers. The aircraft was very old and a number of the occupants hit their heads on the roof of the cabin during the turbulence with one requiring assistance to stop bleeding to the head. Overall the majority of group travelling all agreed that they would not be travelling with tour company again. Definitely not value for money and a let down to the once good name of Bill Peach.
