Moved a month ago. The removalist was an hour late. Packing up the truck took longer time then unloading. I kept pushing them to be quicker to meet the time frame as they were already an hour late. Unloading was quicker because my uncle and aunt pushed them as well to be more vigelent.
They only accept cash payment which i found suspicious. They wouldn't even receive bank transfer.

Just moved with them today and this is an excellent removalist company.
The communication from the owners were very timely and the prices are very reasonable.
They are very punctual and the removalists were very polite, efficient and professional. Moved everything in under 2 hours with zero damage.
Definitely a company that I will use again and I would recommend this to anyone.
The moving guys were good. Arrived on time and while not super fast, worked at a steady pace. Did a good job, no damage or scratches or anything. Took 6 hours for a 2 bed unit move to the next suburb which I thought was ok. The loss of stars is for the fact that despite the website claiming 'No hidden costs' and double checking when I phoned that there was no extra call out fee or levies, I was charged for an extra hour for call out. When I tried to call the company (on 2 different numbers), funnily enough, no answer!

has a great story - works well when you moving over a larger distance, got insurance and all the right packaging and tools to make it a great move.
Absolute disaster - movers where rough with our items, bumping, scratching, dumping it. Absolute no respect for another persons possessions. Following could damaged (see photo's). Warned them a few times and even talked to the owner about it.
Bed head got bumped into door post
Cupboard got scraped against wall
brand new (2 month old) couches under filthy hands stains and scrapped against a wall).
Washing Machine is pumping water out (something got lose inside).
2 bumps in Fridge
Small Cupboard lost a leg piece.
