Park was great, loved seeing the animals. Most staff were very nice, the young girls in reception and restaurant area were very rude however, not the best attitudes. Would bring family back though

Wonderful place for kids and international visitors. Staff are amazing people who care for the animals and do it on a low budget. You have to visit here and make sure you make a donation to this worthwhile cause.

Good but mildly overpriced. $20 for An adult and $11 for a 3 year old is excessive for what it is, food however is good an well priced !

The entry fee to the park is cheap and good value. It is a good day out for the whole family, from babies to adults. The animal keepers who present the shows and bring out the animals for people to pat are friendly and knowledgeable. However, the staff behind the entry counter and in the cafe do not have very good customer service skills. They take your entry fee or cafe order without a welcoming smile or even a hello. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I didn't feel very welcome at the park entry desk or while ordering lunch at the cafe.
