I quite like this novel concept of a 'bing'. A 'bing' is essentially a thin wheat omelette wrap consisting of various fillings made fresh in front of the customer. I tried the Prawn King Bing - which consisted of prawn, baby spinach, sweet and sour carrot, avocado and wonton skin pieces. The crispy wonton skin pieces is the winning ingredient! I thought my ordered 'bing' was delicious and quite filling.
