Bing Lee

I would like to thank Terence and the Team at Bing Lee at Hornsby. I was looking for a new dryer and many suppliers in sydney were out of stock and couldnt provide a complete service including installation. Terence was friendly, professional and very helpful and recommended a dryer perfect for our family needs at a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He knew I needed it quickly and I was lucky enough that he could organise next day delivery for me. Terence called the next morning to check if I heard from the installers which I had. The installation team were also excellent. It was actually complicated because of the extra weight of this dryer and the plumbing pipes in the wall. My daughter was home at the time and filled me in on the great care they went to to set it up properly for us. Thank you. purchased samsung 10 kg washing machine from bing lee hornsby and less than 2 weeks after warranty expires machine breaks down and they refuse to even look at machine. Very poor customer service won't be going back anytime soon.

Bad service from the bottom of the ladder all the way to the top. Also annoying sales lady follows you around n won't leave you alone

I have visited Bing Lee for everything from my fridge to printing my photos! Service is always good, albeit very sales-ey! The range of white goods is decent, but certainly not as extensive as you might find in a larger store. Staff seem to know products really well. Remember to negotiate a good price!

I have to rate this store as probably the cheapest electronics store in the area, especially for whitegoods. Their advertised price is never the lowest so always ask for their best price, even on small items like earphones for your Ipod. Watch out for the salespeople who will try and sell you anything but if you know what you're looking for, come here for the best deal.
