I had my car serviced here a week ago.
Pick up back to centre was texted too late, no courtesy phone call this time.
I had to borrow a neighbour's car to drive myself back to the dealership to pick up my car.
No loan vehicle was offered, unlike another dealership further away.
A week later I noticed that the spare wheel cage had not been wound up all the way up and was hanging dangerously low to the ground. It was hanging 90% down. The cover that hides the winding nut to that cage was missing and that was what aletered me to look underneath.
The service/repair cost 2 months of wages and they COULD NOT put my car together completely.
I'm sorry to say I will never be going back to them ever again.
