I have nothing but regret in using Binq.
Last year we had 5 sets of bifold doors and windows installed in our renovation. The doors were not measured correctly and left a gap between the walls and doors that I could fit my arm through. While Binq went back to the factory to fix this issue, we lived in the middle of winter in Melbourne for over 1 MONTH with gaps in our house. It was freezing. The bifold window leaks. As soon as it rains we have water pooling into our kitchen through the window. Binq have come back to the house to check out this issue to which we were told that the windows were not designed to be in a location without an external roof above them.
