Biome Eco Store

I ordered two Klean Kanteen bottles and one lunch bag online on the 6th October 2017. Received order confirmation email and took the $$ from my credit card after I placed the order. FIVE days later, received an email says the items I ordered are out of stock and list like ten linkes for alternatives. No appoligise no service just list bunch of links. I cancelled my order because it's quite disappointed. I'm a online shopper who always compare prices and purchase things online, not sure how the online shop like this can survive nowadays.

I purchased a yumbox online through Biome. It arrived promptly, but unfortunately the hinge was faulty and the yumbox lid would bang heavily on the table when opened, unlike our other four yumboxes. I requested an exchange which would have been simple through many businesses but Biome refused this.

Purchased a product through their web store. Received promptly but with no packaging, instructions etc. Product did not at all stand up to normal use, manufacturer said that this is how the product is but we will give you a refund anyway. No refund of postage for a product that is now unusable. Wont be purchasing from them again

Love this store, it's like a little bit of happiness hits you from the second you walk in the door. There's so much to look at and everything is great for the environment!! Winning everytime!!

My favourite place to buy eco products in Brisbane. This store is a must visit if you are looking for eco household products, bathroom essentials for men and women, make-up, and a wide range of gift options for family, friends and kids. Also the store smells amazing from all of the wonderful soaps, those first few steps through the front door - ahhh.
