I don't often say this - but NOM-DIGGITY!! For a little restaurant out in Bowral, Biota Dining certainly does its town proud! The food was superb and the service fantastic. Had we booked earlier we may have stayed at the accommodation hooked into the restaurant, but alas, we weren't so lucky. I'm from Sydney and I'd definitely recommend the drive down to dine here. Well worth the trip!
You don't often hear "nom-diggity" too. :) Looks like it's worth saving to the to-do list!
