Never had a issue here although the queues can seem slow moving if you haven't booked online.
Plenty of choices when it comes to movie options and plenty of choices of treats to eat there!

Hubby and I went to Gold Class last night (22/3/13) because we got gift passes. We were served by happy staff while we ordered food and drink, which cost a small fortune. We could have gone to a nice restaurant for the same amount but as we had not done GC before we thought we'd indulge. We entered the cinema and looked at our seats - seriously? They were covered in stains, especially around the armrests and one still had popcorn kernels lying on it. We both felt very uncomfortable sitting in the seats and remarked that we needed to go home and shower immediately afterwards. The service for food and drink was good but after eating you are not even provided with a wet wipe to stop sticky hands - probably more of what's really on those chairs. We won't be doing back to Gold Class at all - the lack of cleanliness has done it for us.

There's a lot of cinemas so there's always a movie time that fits in with your plans. The prices are a bit exy and it's a little dirty but the screens are big, the seating is comfy and the sound can't be beat. My only real bugbears would be the awful parking and the allocated seating. Don't go in peak hours (avoid particularly during school holidays!) and you will be fine. I've tried Gold Class but really don't feel it is worth it unless you enjoy the food and alcohol. I just grab a diet coke and popcorn for the movie and head down to one of the eateries or pubs downstairs afterwards for a proper meal. A really good cinema ... highly recommend.

The cinema itself is very clean and comfortable to watch movies. However, you may spend upwards of 30 minutes finding a car park anywhere near to the actual cinema and dealing with many rude people while trying to find a car park. If you are a cinebuzz member, you can get movie tickets at cheap prices, but compared to some other brisbane cinemas who have those prices on all movies and all sessions, BCC is the most expensive cinema to watch movies in.

This cinema is a first class facility offering excellent seating, even in the regular cinemas (non Gold Class). They have 16 theatres so there are plenty of options when choosing a session.
