Bird & Fish Place

Very high prices but have a wide variety in fish and different birds.

I rang The Bird and Fish Place today asking about a female 28 parrot for my 28 male. The woman that answered had very poor customer service skills. She told me in a dismissive voice No we haven't got any of those. I told her why I wanted the parrot and did she know where I could get one and she told me: noooo, sorry, there arent any around, don't know where you'd get one. Then she very rudely and coldly said: Byee and promptly hung up the phone. Shame on you for your shocking customer service. Would it have hurt to use a friendly voice and offer any advice you could give. Won't be back to your shop. Rude.
