Had a consult, agreed to everything I wanted so I was optimistic. Hair was cut much shorter than agreed. Was supposed to be a basic blunt cut, not "concaved" but even still it was very uneven. I couldn't really tell because the lighting in there is awful. Got my hair bleached too. I thought it Looked fine until I got home I realised how patchy and awfully orange it was. Didn't trust them to redo it since they thought it looks so great when I left so I went elsewhere the next day to get it fixed and re toned. Had to wait a few weeks before I could be rebleached, luckily it was fixable. Very unhappy.

We cannot fnd you in our system. Are you able to send me an email with photos please as this would be a prefered way of dealing with this rather than a bad review. We also try to rectify any problems. Our salon has fantastic lighting so I'm not sure if you have the correct salon. We are now in Preston. This would be easier if I could either call you or reply to an email as we cannot sort this with such scetchy details
Unfortunately my first visit was highly disappointing and would not recommend. My cut from a 'new stylist' was wildly uneven and jaggered, I felt rushed, and I had to ask her three times to fix up missed bits. My 1/4 head foils went horribly wrong - overfoiled white blonde at the front and nothing at the back, with a line where the two colours met. Never thought it could be so bad. They offered to tone it and straighten the cut but I didn't trust the salon to fix it, so I paid to get it re-cut and coloured elsewhere. No consultation initially, and no refunds given. Unprofessional and rude responses via email afterwards.
Very disappointed. I went in to get my extensions refitted and hair dyed. They left all the glue/tape residue in my hair, I was told that it would wash out eventually at home. My hair is mattered, the extensions are poorly positioned and I already have an appointment with another hairdresser to fix. The full headband of highlights I paid for you can not see at all. Charged $420 asked for compensation. Told they'd try to get the glue out once I recommended a product to them. Very upset.
Im so sad this happened to you, it seems like they managed to buy lots of good reviews after people started calling them out on their rubbish.
Worst place.
