Birkenhead Dry Cleaning & Alterations

Went to pick up my daughters formal dress that we left for 4 days only to be told they didn't alter. No phone call informing us . The dress was a pitiful state all crumpled and thrown in the bag. They hadn't even opened to see what was inside. Very unreliable and unfortunately unprofessional. Don't take anything there that is important My daughter has to wear dress as it is to her formal. I'm very unimpressed with this whole experience NEVER AGAIN.

This week I got the zipper replaced in the trousers that are part of hubby's business suit. I'm happy with the job and also a small section of fabric near the fly was wearing thin, presumably the belt buckle did this. I also had the trousers and jacket dry cleaned. I'm happy with the job and will use this service again. There's a big team of women and men here, the lady who served me had a cheery attitude and i parked very close by, in one of Birkinhead's car parks... navigating the almost hair pin bends of the one I used can be scary when a big bully car won't move slightly across. Dry cleaner is right near Coles and of
course there are other parking options at Birkinhead. Happy.

Terrible job done! Took my suit for a dry clean, my pants had dirty marks over it, pants were not ironed and dry cleaned at all. I was charged a full price. Don't go there!!!
