Birkenstock

Wow, what an experience. No one in the shop when the three of us walked in. Went to buy one of the boys a pair and maybe me and my wife too. The service was awesome, to begin with. Another customer arrived. The girl serving us started to service both customers and managed it well. The other staff member was assisting her. Then another two customers came in and the same girl was trying hard to juggle all three groups with the other staff member offering a bit more support. Still all fine. Liked the product and trying to finalise which colour my son wanted and whether my wife and I would try a pair too as the product seems great and the other children and partners all have been wearing Birkenstocks over Christmas and love them. Then the manager, who until this point had done nothing but stand around, asked if we needed all three of us in the store. My wife explained we did.
