Their dinner is great also, but this place is a gem first up for its cheap lunch specials! Good sizes and flavors at a very reasonable price!

One of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Brisbane, albeit one a little less easy to get to for parking, being right next to the hospital. The lunch specials are great, and cheap - and if you get them take-away they also pack them up really nicely (separate chicken etc) so they don't go soggy while you travel! Dinner is the real stand-out for me, however; a bit more pricy, but the sukiyaki is delicious. Alternatively, there are enough interesting entree/nibble items & sushi/sashimi to just do Japanese "tapas" for a really varied and enjoyable meal. The spicy pork and karaage are really good!

Bishamon does fantastic lunch deals that are such great value for money! I used to work nearby and everyone in the office put their orders in for lunch every day. The meals are filling, healthy, full of flavour and variety. Highly recommend!
