Bishop Sessa

Surry Hills, NSW, 2010
This is a beautiful restaurant and the menu 55 offering is exceptional value. We visited on a Wednesday night as a group and for $55 you can select any entree, main and dessert. For the starter I had the scallop ceviche which was fresh and paired with fennel and avocado cream. For main we sampled the wagyu and the duck - both were delicious however I would recommend ordering a side to share. Dessert is a tricky choice between your options such as chocolate tart and apple terrine or just opting for some of the cheeses they have on the menu. We enjoyed the atmosphere as a group however it is certainly popular for couples. The restaurant can be a little quiet and the tables are close together however as a group it did not effect our experience. Highly recommend!
