Bistro Molines

Renowned and widely respected Hunter chef Robert Molines along with his wife Sally are now weaving their magic on top of the hill at Tallavera Grove.

Bistro Molines offers commanding distant views over rollings hills, vineyards and mountains - the venue evokes the feel of a Tuscan villa. The restaurant is glassed on three sides with wide covered verandas spilling out onto a wisteria covered courtyard.

great food however not value for money. the menu is suited to a more formal dinner, rather than a casual lunch. Service was pretty good. They need to invest in outdoor heaters as the weather was warm, however on the deck, it was quite cool.
