Had take away from Bistro Nguyen's while staying at the Novotel for a work trip. It was actually recommended by a colleague (who also said the Satay is very good). I opted for a Pho. They had a few options including the raw beef and well-cooked beef brisket (both $12.90) or one with both and tripe and beef balls ($13.90). I asked if I could get a mix of the raw beef and beef brisket and they said yes and charged $13.90.
The broth was fantastic, really flavoursome.
The 'raw' meat was quite fatty and not actually raw, which was a shame.
Also, the rice noodles were all chopped up, which made eating with chopsticks a little harder.
It was very nice though, and very filling.
