Biviano's Italian Restaurant

Decided to go to Bivianos because my father in law had previously enjoyed a meal there . As we are trying to place our order the quarters decided to stop us half way, walk away tend to something else then come back, we let that go. We then order our meals only to wait nearly an hour when there was one other couple in the restaurant. We received our meals, my partner and I both ordered a chicken dish. My chicken was so tough I couldn't even cut through it with my knife also not to mention the hard bits of chicken that I couldn't even chew through. My partner could barely taste his chicken as it was burnt to the point it had charcoal bits on it . One of the bar staff was actually watching the disgust on my face as I was attempting to eat my meal. My partner & I ended up filling up on the chips & mash (the sides of our order.) Cosy atmosphere with friendly staff and excellent food.

Great food good service :)

Had dinner with family. Our food took 45 min to receive. We were told due to staff shortage. I ordered beef and mushrooms, I was half way finished when I found a moth cooked with my meal!!!!! They did not charge me for the meal but I have great concerns for the way their store their food products. Would strongly suggest you go some place else.

I have been to this restaurant many times over the yers and loved the food, but i have noticed it going down hill!! I recently was taken there for a girls lunch before my wedding. I was disappointed to start that the menu on the front wall was no longer and was then told that has not been available for some time. I felt the service was quit rude, however I got over that and placed my order, after eating half my plate I took a mouthful and found a hair in my food. I was really disappointed by this. I told the wait staff and couldn't even appoligise or offer anything for what had happened staff's reply to me was "I'm not sure how to take you" I will never recommend this restaurant or go back there ever again. Very unhappy.
