the one who answers the 1300 phone knows nothing about the alarm system. poor manner staff, seek more advice if you are considering them

We have never heard of Molly Sanders so unable to give fair comment; the person who answers the phone is not qualified to give technical advice and always refers calls to the Sales or Technical teams.
