THEY CHARGE 2-3x WHAT OTHER COMPANIES CHARGE. Don’t risk it, use another company.
Our rental agent forced us to use these guys, we weren’t given a quote and weren’t contacted about a price until after the job had been done. They sent us a bill of $725 for a tiny 2 bedroom apartment that was already clean except for an oven and a shower. Other companies charge $250-350 for that amount of work.

The total price charged was $725 which includes $125 for carpet cleaning. The price charged for your actual bond clean was $600. This is higher than normal as according to our cleaners your bathrooms did require extra scrubbing to bring them up to 100% bond standard.
The job was booked in directly with the rental agent and at no time were we asked to provide a quote for the job, we were instructed to carry out a "full bond clean to their standard" which we did.
Also you say that I told you that we called the agent on the day to get approval for the cost. This is untrue, I never told you that.
I would like to point out that in addition to us carrying out the bond clean and carpet clean promptly for you (in fact you didn't have to do a thing as our operators picked up keys and returned them to the agent on the day - including a Sunday - at no extra charge to you) that you received your bond back in full.
I would like to add that you get what you pay for David; pay peanuts and get monkeys I believe the saying goes.
We pride ourselves and providing an efficient and professional service to everyone, and if you believe you have been ripped off then I am sorry to hear that. I reduced the bill by $100 in good faith.

However - The cost of the bond clean was $600 ($125 of that is carpet steam cleaning). Your unit was 2 bed, 2 bath and required extra scrubbing in the bathrooms so that they came up to bond standard. We never called the agent for approval for extra funds as we were not asked to - our instructions were to complete a full bond clean to their high standard; no quote required. Apart from the cost, I believe you must be happy with the service as you didn't have to do a thing - in fact our cleaners picked up keys and returned them at no extra cost, and completed the clean on a Sunday so it could be completed in time for you. You received your full bond back which is our aim. As for the other quotes you got (site unseen I might add) well you pay peanuts you get monkeys I believe the saying goes. I gave you a reduction of $100 (no negotation required at your end) in good faith.
