Bahia Restaurant has a seating capacity of 70 seats dining in alfresco style plus a large bar area known as the XYZ BAR which can seat or hold 40. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer modern Australian cuisine specialising in Black Angus Beef char grilled or served as the speciality of the house on Hot Rock a new dining experience. There is a weekly chef's special for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Bahia Restaurant has recently undergone renovation and expansion and has opened another Bahia Restaurant at Sanctuary Cove at the waterfront.

Lovely restaurant right on the water at Sanctuary Cove. I attended a wedding reception here, and everything was just gorgeous. The food was just amazing, the staff and service, impeccable. Drinks were refilled quickly & meals bought out all together. It was great. Staff were very helpful & friendly to all the guests attending the wedding reception. There's a piano, a good sized dance floor, & table and chairs on the verandah. Parking can be a bit of a problem, there's not a lot of car parks close by, but a larger parking area is about 300-500mtrs away (Not easy if you're in high heels!)
