Black Belt Martial Arts - Mingara

I would like to thank BBMA from the bottom of my heart. My son was being bullied at school and he used his 'water attitude' that he was taught by Sensei Pauline to ignore and walk away from the bully. Before starting karate he would not have the confidence to do this. Keep up the good work!

My children have been members of Black Belt Martial Arts for many years
Their service is fantastic, very professional very fair. Management are very helpful . The instructors are very knowledgeable and always going above and beyond. My children love training with the sensei.They have learnt lots of focus,respect,discipline gained a lot of self discipline. They have learnt about anti bullying, and self discipline.

These people do NOT give the full facts in their initial interview about their prices. They do NOT TELL YOU that they charge you all year round whilst they have 5 weeks holiday closures & 7 weeks non-training which I call playtime when their actual training/grading occurs only during the school terms which is only 40 weeks per year. It is very expensive as a result. I like many parents have felt cheated, ripped off and angry at not being told the full truth about the pricing structure this company has. There is no price list, nothing written down for you to compare to other schools and they do NOT give out the contracts for you to read HENCE I give this warning - DO NOT SIGN ANY DIRECT DEBIT AGREEMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ OVER THE PAGE AND FULLY READ THEIR AGREEMENTS.I also have a complaint about Mingara branch customer service.
