One of the best butchers in Sydney - up there with AC Butchery.
I go to these guys for everything from wild boar, wagyu steak, biltong, to duck breasts and other more exotic meats to day to day meat and sausages at a good price. They also do some frozen seafood (scallops, prawns, salmon fillets etc.) which is great if you're looking for high quality seafood.
What's fantastic about these guys is that they're 'real butchers' not kids serving up pre-packaged meats at the Supermarket.
Word of advice:
1) If you're after anything too exotic phone ahead and make sure they either have it, or if its frozen, that they have time to pull it out of the freezer for you.
2) They're generally happy to prepare specific cuts of meat in advance with enough notice.
3) They also do some good pates and variety meats.
