We have been using Damian and his team for a few years now to monitor our house, and have had nothing but considerate and personal service in all that time. We have used other companies over the years and have found them wanting. Damian came up with the correct solution for us and has basically been a family friend ever since. It is difficult to establish a level of trust with people nowadays, but it was easy with the Black Cat family.
I would like to thank Damian and his two sons for the excellent work they did at our house. Arrived on time, everything was explained in detail, very professional, polite and even cleaned up after themselves! Nothing was a problem for them. Its so rare to get such great customer service today, we love our new alarm system and highly recommend them!
Our house has been monitored for a few years through Black Cat and I didn't think much about it until we were broken into just recently. Thanks to our monitored alarm, the burglar entered through the garage door using an axe and fled once the alarm went off. Thankfully no other damage done, nothing was taken and most importantly, no one was hurt! Considering all the false alarms we have had over the years (thanks to us forgetting the alarm is on), Black Cat still diligently monitors our house! Very happy customers.
