We are a family owned business trading for over 20 years in South Australia. All of our baking processes are hands on.

Our specialty breads have no added preservatives or additives. They are all hand made to recipes we have perfected over the years.

Our beautiful Tortes are amazing and simply divine, very different.

Similarly our "Burek" (layered with pastry and filling) be it either meat, fetta and ricotta, potato, spinach and cheese or apple is simply mouth watering.

Catering for vegetarians we also have a good range of patties, quiches and piroshki.
