I placed an order with Black Hair Care Australia in April 2013. A shampoo that I had paid $24.00 for was missing from the shipment. I emailed and phoned them numerous times but have not received a response. Extremely unprofessional. I was so happy to find a company that stocked hair care products from the states but will not use them again or recommend them as I lost $24.00. There are now similar reviews online where other customers have lost even more money - do not use this company!
