Miss Rebecca has been trained in both the R.A.D (Royal Academy of Dance) Classical ballet and C.S.T.D (Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing) Modern syllabi. She also completed a full time Diploma in Dance Arts and has been teaching on the Coast at Caloundra Christian Collage for several years as well as her studio.

All grades of examinations for amateur and professional dancers are conducted under separate syllabi catering for all major forms of dance.

Mrs Rebecca, I think your a beautiful role model for the children to look up to in dance. I can see you have a real passion for dance which you carry forth in your teaching and to teach the girls they can overcome anything and achieve whatever they put their minds too from your own life experiences . The girls are learning very fast in your classes and i love that your school really focuses on technique.
My girls love dancing with you and always come away smiling and excited.
I cannot recommend Mrs Rebecca and the Black Swan School of Dance highly enough. I started the adult ballet class over a year ago now and from my very first class Mrs Rebeca has been welcoming, caring and professional. Our class is full of dancers at different levels and ages but Mrs Rebecca is very adept at catering to everyone’s needs and is very patient with my slow progress. My fellow classmates are wonderful, they are open, accepting and non-judgemental and I thoroughly look forward to my weekly dance fix.
My daughter has been attending Gymnastics at Black Swan School of Dance for six months now. She loves Mrs Rebecca - she says she is very kind but also "helps you to learn really good". She remarks on how friendly all of the students are who attend. She is so excited to attend each week and comes home on a high every time. We are very happy that such a small local studio can be of such high quality - we previously attended a high profile performance centre elsewhere that Willow didn't enjoy nearly as much.
