Would have rated it higher if I could. My Maltese dog can be a big snappy but the groomers had no problems, in fact my dog behaved like a perfect angel! It is situated in separate rooms to the vet, and is just a great atmosphere. It sounds like this is a fake, but truly it is not. I have only had my dog for a few months and was quite nervous about this first grooming, but she looks fantastic, and I am just so relieved to have found such a fantastic place to take her.

I've been bringing my four legged companions here since moving to Blackburn in 1997. All staff are well versed in the care of animals, each patient is greeted by name, and given a treat as appropriate. Examinations are professional and thorough, and allowances are made for the temperaments of each animal. I wouldn't go anywhere else, the compassion I received when my longtime four legged companion passed away was gratefully accepted.
