Blackburn Road Medical Centre

Extremely long waiting periods! I was waiting for over 1.15 hours for a nurse, then I went up to the front counter and asked how much longer it would be and they said it's been really busy, other people have been waiting over an hour as well and to go to another clinic down the road! Couldn't they have told me this as soon as I walked in.. Not an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and me having to ask! It's ridiculous! Other people had come and gone, come and gone. They need to be more structured and give time for appointments that will take up a bit more time or have another nurse on or at least say sorry for the inconvenience. The receptionist on a Tuesday morning need better people skills.
