Blackburn Village Podiatry is proud to have been serving the foot health needs of Blackburn and surrounding suburbs since 1996.
Our principal Podiatrist Joanna Calwell works alongside her colleagues Cameron Hanna, Michael Ramadan and Caitlin Butler to provide a comprehensive service in overall foot health management - from initial assessment, thorough general treatments to long term management of those with complex biomechanical issues and chronic illness which can affect foot health and comfort.

Issues we consult on include

-corns, callouses and nail treatment including ingrown and fungal nails
- heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, arch pain
-ankle, calf, shin and knee pain
- forefoot pain, metatarsalgia, bunions, bursitis
- skin conditions including tinea and warts/papillomas
- footwear advice
-orthotic prescription, review and replacement
-diabetic foot health checks and education

We are honoured to serve the Veteran community by caring for Gold Card holders and also accept referrals under the Medicare Allied Health Scheme for those with chronic and complex care needs.

We offer a direct claim service/HICAPS for those with Private Health Extras coverage for Podiatry, allowing you to process your claim on the spot and pay the Gap Payment only.
