Blackheath Fish Shop

We've been customers of Blackheath Fish Shop for decades. It was consistently good. There was a time I couldn't drive past without buying some fish and chips. During the last 5 years the food has gone downhill. Firstly, the fish fillet was significantly reduced in size. The calamari rings were also very reduced in size while the same price was applied . Yesterday we bought what could be described as a snack pack of fish & chips. The cardboard tray is half the size it has been. A small piece of fish was accompanied by a very small handful of chips. The price hasn't gone down though. We ate again when we arrived home as we were still hungry. On a positive note, through the many years we've been customers, the young people at the front counter have been, polite & very good at customer service, we've never had any issues at all.

Excellent fish and burgers - and excellent service!

This place makes my favorite fish and chips, dont know why your all complaining... I usually really dont like chips but I enjoy these ones and their other items on the menu are also extremely good. And also every time I go there I am greeted with a smile and never feel like im bothering the workers or asking for the impossible. This store is awesome :3 and it has great food and good customer service.

Wost customer service experience I have ever had.

have eaten here before and the food is great but no customer service when calling through an order!!!! was like I was asking to have my meal delivered for me...
