Had a big plumbing emergency at 3pm on a public holiday. The bloke on the other end of the phone, Craig, picked up right away. He said he'd be here within the hour and he made it in half that time.
Got in and and cleared the multiple blockages.
On top of everything else, Craig said if he hadn't been able to clear the blockage we wouldn't have been charged. That's a garauntee I can get behind. Plus he's a friendly, genuine local with a passion for the work he does.
At last a Plumber that really lives in Blackheath, goodness knows where half those other Plumbers live, The add says in the Yellow Pages, I get to speak to a real person, no voice mail or answering machine, and yes thats what happended, answered the telephone straight away, great for an emergency, good serivce and professional.
