Had the pleasure of dealing with Dan today his customer service was 110% nothing was a problem for him and went well and truly above and beyond to help us is anyway he can, even though we didnt end up going throu with the trade we will be back as soon as we sell our car privately. Thankyou Dan, hope your hard work dosnt go unnoticed we appreciated everything you done for us today.
The guys were helpful for the most part up to the point of sale.
The car wasn't ready when they said it would be. I had to wait another 4hours after taking 2 trains and a taxi from Geelong to the dealership in Wadonga.
I have e-mailed and called on numerous occasions stretching over months in regards to a couple of issues. 1 being the vehicle losing power all of sudden which being on a freeway or going up a hill can be a bit scary. There was no solution to this despite it being not long after purchasing and telling me when I purchased the vehicle that if there were any issues they would look into it for me or refer me to a local service centre that could help me out.
