I generally dont like writing negative reviews unless the experience or purchase/food was really bad. We were here only a few days ago when the weather was steaming hot in Melbourne reaching a high of 42.5 degrees. The fish & chip shop was so busy, not sure if its something people like to eat on these sort of weather as its the easiest thing to do. I ordered minimum chips and asked for them to be kept longer so its crispy, dim sims and a fried blue grenadier fish. All I can comment are the following the chips tasted stale and soggy, the fried fish was very salty and the dim sim looked and taste like it was only left to fry for a minute as it required more time in the pan. I was so disappointed, given how busy it was you would naturally think this place must be really good, unfortunately on my occasion this was not the case.
