I decided to go to BECC instead of continuing the horror visits at other Hospital. What disappointed me the most was that the BECC could not access the online appointment system to confirm my booking before I arrived. I had had THAT many muck arounds by other Hospital that I wanted to check that I was even booked in for the afternoon I had written in my diary. It seemed absurd that the Hospital could book me into an appointment at the BECC and BECC couldn't see the booking system. In the end I ended up rocking up and just checking it out. Straight away I loved that parking was free and off-street. However, like at other Hospital, customer service was just not the employees forte. I arrived and wasn't asked why I was there, so I could have, like at the hospital been sitting around for 40 minutes, waiting for someone to attend to me.
