Went to west end Mazda parramatta to buy a cx-5 from used cars and I ended up buying a Mazda 3 instead , on the day service was fantastic through the whole process . A month past and I’ve received a letter in the mail stating that the car is not registered in my name and have been slammed with a late fee also from the rta . No we’re did the sales guy explain to me that I would need to transfer the rego into my name otherwise I would have done so . Being a dealership it’s your duty of cars to inform customers of these things not assume . The sales assistant said everything had been taken care of . I call them this morning to question it I have some guy raise his voice at me over the phone and tell me it’s not his problem , then another sales assistant from used cars email a piece of paper I signed and tells me because I signed it that means I knew I’d have to transfer the rego and pay for it not them . Bought a car from used cars and not even 2 months later had to take it back because the transmission had gone. Took it back to service who said would take a week to look at it. Called the manager who said he would organize a loan car. For 3 weeks they have had my car. I had called this whole week to make sure everything was ok as I need to travel to see me son for Christmas. Today is Christmas eve and I get a call don't drive the loan car it's been unregistered for 2 days. Thanks mazda can't even but a good car from you. And now I miss out on seeing my son for Christmas.

In the new car section the salesman was rude, high pressure and did not know his product. Started telling us what we wanted right down to the colour which just happened to be the one sitting right there on the lot. When we were making our escape he told us we can't go until he goes and talks to the boss. We walked straight out never to return.

I recently bought a new Mazda 3 from these guys and the service has been fantastic! The car even arrived a couple of days earlier than expected and upon pick up it was in perfect condition. I'll definitely be returning when I need to get my car serviced in the future!
